Hi there! I’m Chris.
I’m a Digital Media Editor based in Boston. I create computer-based visuals across many different media. My work consists of video editing and motion graphic design. I also do a lot of photographical work for corporate marketing as well as promotional materials. My third hat is graphic designer, which ties in closely with my video work. Logos, infographics, illustrations, e-zines, you name it, I’ve probably had a hand in designing it.
My background is in fine arts, which I concentrated in for my undergraduate degree. I’m a graduate of UMass Amherst’s Fine Arts program with a concentration in digital media and photography. After graduating, I interned at the Museum of Fine Arts for a year where I learned many tricks of the trade in both shooting and editing. Not long after, I was hired at TechTarget, a business-to-business marketing company geared towards technology vendors.
The bulk of my video work is created for an ongoing technology education series called “WhatIs…” I love to condense complex subject matter into more bite-sized conceptual visuals, which comes in very handy when editing videos on Quantum Computing and Unsupervised Machine Learning.
